So I had this really horrible nightmare that was so bad I'm crying right now and I know I'll be afraid to sleep for the next week.
Like, it was the kind that was so bad I'm never gonna say what it was. You'd likely all laugh anyway. In fact, I'd find it hilarious that someone was traumatized by this if that someone wasn't me.
But it was really ridiculous and it still terrified me. As in, the monsters were eating hoagies. YOU HEARD ME RIGHT. HOAGIES.
And yet it's still psychologically scarring. I hate my life.

Dreams are not scary when told to others, but when one lives through the actual sleeping state of mind where you are covered in darkness and surrounded by monsters, etc, it is a totally different predicament. For example, I may not understand your dreams, but that doesn't mean I will laugh at you. Depending on what the situation is, anyone could be afraid of ANYTHING. Different things scare different people. Thus, I respect your feelings of fright and if you need someone to talk to, I trust you know how to contact me. :)
